- Inside Dhaka: BDT 70 per parcel
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 120 per parcel
- Delivery Time: 2–7 working days, depending on location and courier partner.
- Delivery handled by verified third-party logistics companies.
- Charges may vary slightly based on parcel weight or distance.
- Urgent Delivery: Faster than usual; delivery charge depends on location.
Exchange Policy
We want every Syfmart customer to feel confident about their purchase.Conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.
- Exchanges apply only for verified issues: defects, incorrect delivery, or damage.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- A valid order ID or purchase receipt is required.
- Refunds are not issued—replacement or exchange only.
- Sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
- Customers must ensure proper packaging for returns; Syfmart is not liable for transit damage.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email support@syfmart.com within 24 hours of receiving your product.
- Include your order ID, clear product photos, and a short description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and confirm pickup or replacement instructions.
Return & Refund Policy

Refund Process
- Refunds are issued after QC approval and processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds for order cancellations are processed automatically once approved.
- Discounts, cashback, or vouchers applied will be deducted from the final refund amount.
