Order & Payment

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Dhaka.
  • Advance payment through bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer may be required in specific areas or for high-value orders.
  • You’ll receive an instant confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed.

Delivery Information

  • Inside Dhaka: BDT 70 per parcel
  • Outside Dhaka: BDT 120 per parcel
  • Delivery Time: 2–7 working days, depending on location and courier partner.
  • Delivery handled by verified third-party logistics companies.
  • Charges may vary slightly based on parcel weight or distance.
  • Urgent Delivery: Faster than usual; delivery charge depends on location.

Exchange Policy

We want every Syfmart customer to feel confident about their purchase.

Conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.
  • Exchanges apply only for verified issues: defects, incorrect delivery, or damage.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • A valid order ID or purchase receipt is required.
  • Refunds are not issued—replacement or exchange only.
  • Sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Customers must ensure proper packaging for returns; Syfmart is not liable for transit damage.

How to Request an Exchange

      Email support@syfmart.com within 24 hours of receiving your product.
      Include your order ID, clear product photos, and a short description of the issue.
      Our team will review your request and confirm pickup or replacement instructions.

Return & Refund Policy

We work hard to ensure that every product delivered is authentic and safe. Still, if something isn’t right, you can request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after QC approval and processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds for order cancellations are processed automatically once approved.
  • Discounts, cashback, or vouchers applied will be deducted from the final refund amount.
