Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Syfmart currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer for online purchases. Credit and debit card options will be available soon.
Q: Is it safe to use my debit or credit card on Syfmart?
A: Absolutely. Our payment gateways use SSL encryption and bank-grade security to protect your data. Syfmart never stores your full payment information.
Q: Can I pay after delivery?
A: Yes — Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Bangladesh. For urgent or high-value orders, advance payment may be required.
Q: Can I combine or edit my order after placing it?
A: Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast delivery, so modifications aren’t always possible. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of placing the order at support@syfmart.com.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will delivery take?
A:
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days
- Express Delivery: within 30 minutes to 2 hours (Dhaka only)
Q: What are the delivery charges?
A:
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 70 per parcel
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 120 per parcel
- Express Delivery: Higher charges apply based on distance and urgency.
Q: Do you ship outside Bangladesh?
A: Currently, Syfmart delivers only within Bangladesh. International delivery will be launched soon.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your order in real time.
Q: What is Syfmart Express Delivery?
A: Syfmart Express is our priority delivery service, where eligible products are delivered within 30 minutes to 2 hours inside Dhaka city. Fees vary based on location.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return items within 15 days if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and verified by our team.
Q: How do I request an exchange?

- Our team will review and guide you through pickup or replacement.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Refunds are issued only for eligible cases after quality check. They’re processed within 7–10 working days once approved.
Q: Are sale items or promotional products exchangeable?
A: No — discounted, sale, or clearance products are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

A: Inventory updates in real time. If an item sells out before checkout, it may no longer be available — we recommend placing your order as soon as possible.
Q: Why did the sale price change after a day?
